A few years back, I found the courage to leave behind a lucrative 11-year marketing career to
follow my heart and passion to pursue what I feel is my true calling. Since that decision I
have had the joy of working with countless individuals and organizations to create profound
changes in their lives, careers and businesses. My 15 years combined experience in both
corporate marketing and running a successful small business have been a tremendous asset
to me and my entrepreneur and executive clients. I understand many of the unique
challenges faced in both distinct and dynamic environments and so am able to develop
coaching and training programs tailored to meet your specific needs.
I work with a broad spectrum of clients, from executives to business owners to individuals in
transition. Through customized coaching and training programs, I help individuals and
businesses to create and sustain the levels of success and fulfillment they desire. My clients
have repeatedly told me that they are drawn to my positive energy and coaching style. I
love what I do and that passion comes through in my work.
In addition to the services I provide through my company, I am also a Senior Consultant at
Proteus International, a long established and highly regarded coaching and training firm
which delivers high impact custom programs to Fortune 500 companies. As a consultant for
their company, I coach executives and facilitate on-site training programs for clients large
and small.
CERTIFICATION/CREDENTIALS
Trained and certified at the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), I am
among a small group of world-class coaches that has met the stringent certification
guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is the regulatory body for
the coaching industry, maintaining the highest standards in the coaching profession. I am
also a corporate trainer, developing and facilitating customized training programs and team
building programs. In addition, I speak all around the tri-state area delivering motivational
presentations, workshops and team building programs.
CORPORATE BACKGROUND
A graduate of Syracuse University, I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. I spent 11
years developing marketing programs for companies such as New York Magazine,
MasterCard International and USA Network. As Director of Trade Marketing at USA
Network, I helped to re-brand the network and develop comprehensive integrated marketing
programs to drive sales. My work at USA was honored with 4 Gold and 2 Silver PROMAX
awards celebrating excellence in entertainment marketing.
PERSONAL TIDBITS
I live in New York with my wonderful husband, a United States Marine and Veteran of
Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, and our adorable puppy Tyke. I
am an avid reader, writer, nature lover and a graduate of Gotham City Improv in NYC. I am
also in the midst of working on my first book.
