client's specific needs.  It includes pre-coaching interviews with peers and colleagues as well
as one-on-one coaching sessions in person and via phone to create a consistent system of
support and accountability necessary for lasting change.

My work with business owners takes a look not only at the performance of the individual but at
the needs and goals of the business.  This holistic approach is focused on shifting the owner
from working in their business to working on developing and growing their business
